How to Build Self-Trust

Stop Second Guessing & Start Truly Living

This month, I’m creating a brand new 8-part podcast series, focused on how to build self-trust so you can stop second guessing and self-doubting, and instead start living more freely and authentically.

This first episode (free to listen!) focuses on what it means to cultivate self-trust and why so many of us struggle with it. I'm sharing how a lack of self-trust can manifest in your daily life, from second guessing your decisions, doubting your own value, watering down your personality or opinions, deferring to others, and overthinking just about everything.

Self-trust is a belief in your own abilities, opinions, and decisions, as well as the inner assurance that you can handle whatever challenges life throws your way.

It’s having a connection to your own inner guidance system, so that you don’t have to constantly look outside yourself for reassurance or validation.

Self trust is not about feeling confident you’ll always make the right choice or never make a mistake; it's about being comfortable with not getting it right, knowing that’s no reflection on you.

When you lack that sense of self-trust, you’re at risk of anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, inauthentic relationships, and never stepping into your true potential and purpose.

My aim with this series is to empower you to recognise your own worth and begin the journey of rebuilding self-trust. Over the next seven episodes, I’ll share tools and strategies to help you do this essential work.

This episode is available on all podcast platforms.

You can get access to the full 8-episode series by upgrading to paid either here or in your Apple podcasts app.

I hope this helps you to get started on your own journey to build a stronger connection to your self.
